The breakfast buffet was good and extensive. The rooms were tight for 3 persons. The shower was very fine, good pressure. Beds were good. The restaurants are good, but very pricey for the amount of food that you get. Beautiful gym with good equipment (Technogym).

Language barrier is high. Strawberry buffet was disappointing. Various food was already halfway over during the buffet and was no longer refilled (the buffet lasts 2 hours).

The staff were caring, the breakfast I had was above average and sumptuous at the Marble Lounge. I was upgraded to a brand-new executive king room with fabulous views. This hotel was set in a business area next to another restaurant for breakfast. It also was to nishishinjuku station in about a 2 minute walk.
