    This research was conducted to utilize a model of community participation in the development Cupak Village as a Tourist Destination in Jombang, East Java, Indonesia. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, which describes the participation of the community in the development of a tourist village. The informants in this study were village officials, pokdarwis administrators, local youth organizations, community representatives and visitors. Information was taken through structured interviews. The study results show that developing a tourism village requires participation from various parties, including the community as the major actor, the local government, and stakeholders in charge of providing guidance. Likewise, the university's role took a significant place by providing Assistance in managing the tourism village while the role of SMEs is to provide special products that can be offered to visitors.     Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT AJ. Central Asia Raya Cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengambil responden dari seluruh karyawan PT AJ. Central Asia Raya Cabang Surabaya berjumlah 50 orang. Dalam pelaksanaan dilapangan, penelitian ini mengambil data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data survey dengan instrumen kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian causal dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah gambaran mengenai hubungan sebab akibat, sehingga metode ini menggunakan sampel dan hipotesis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi (r), koefisien determinasi (r2) dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Uji instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas sedangkan uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan antara lain Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinieritas dan Uji Heteroskedastisitas. Secara keseluruhan, indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid (karena r hitung > r tabel) dan reliabel (karena nilai koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.60). Hasil Uji Asumsi Klasik juga menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini telah memenuhi, antara lain : 1.) Residual kedua model regresi berdistribusi normal, 2.) Kedua model regresi bebas dari multikolinieritas dan 3.) Tidak terjadi Heteroskedastisitas. Hasil uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0.020 f tabel yaitu 25.768 > 2.80 sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa variabel bebas Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2) dan Budaya Organisasi (X3) memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Dengan demikian penelitian ini diharapkan mampu sebagai penunjang dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk PT. AJ Central Asia Raya Cabang Surabaya dimasa mendatang dan memberikan pengetahuan baru serta meningkatkan pemahaman terkait dengan pengaruh Kepemipinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan adanya produk yang baik maka akan memberikan konsumen produk yang berkualitas, aman di konsumsi, bergizi, dan halal, karena mayoritas konsumen di Indonesia adalah muslim, sehingga sertifikasi dan label halal sangat diperlukan oleh mereka. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam bentuk pelatihan pemasaran online melalui media sosial. Indikator keberhasilan dalam program ini adalah mitra yang dilatih mampu menjelaskan pemasaran online melalui media sosial dengan baik. Pelatihan terkait teknik-teknik berpromosi melalui media sosial juga akan dilakukan agar pengetahuan mitra semakin bertambah. Selain itu disediakan lembar kerja untuk memonitor aktivitas mitra dan mengukur efektivitas penyampaian materi dari tim kepada mitra.     The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effect of Self Efficacy and Self Leadership on the performance of Small Medium Industries Scale (SMI’s) in Surabaya, Indonesia. This research is carried out using a descriptive quantitative approach with the type of causal research and hypothesis testing. The data were taken through survey with questionnaire instrument which were distributed to 75 business managers in Surabaya, Indonesia. After data collected, then analyzed by software SPSS. The results show that the business manager in this study has self-efficacy and self-leadership in high category. Nevertheless, the performance of SMI's is in fair category.     This aims of this study is to analyses the entrepreneurial intention of students in Indonesia and Malaysia. The sample contains 296 respondents that comprise 156 students from several universities in Indonesia and 140 from universities in Malaysia. The data WAS collected using a questionnaire distributed through Google forms. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression were carried out. The results show that entrepreneurship education does not have a big influence on students’ interest in entrepreneurship. However, family support, social support and personality have significant effects on students’ entrepreneurship interest. Personality is the strongest influencing factor. There is a significant difference between Indonesian and Malaysian students as to entrepreneurship intention. The most significant difference lies in the personality of students.     The purpose of this research was to analyze the role of self-leadership, self-efficacy, and work ethic on employee performance in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with explanatory methods to determine the causality among variables. The population was manufacturing employees in Surabaya, Indonesia, with a sample of 260 employees who responded to the questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression. T-test and F-test were used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that selfleadership, self-efficacy and work ethic play a role in the value of 0.680. In other words, the three aspects had a 68% influence on improving employee performance. While the hypothesis testing showed, the F-test had a significant effect of <0.05. The results implied a significant effect, but only self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance.     The concept of Asta Brata leadership is a leadership doctrine for individuals and groups of individuals, as every individual is a leader of themselves. The concept of leadership is a characteristic of Indonesia. This research reveals the implementation of Asta Brata leadership in Polres Tuban in carrying out its duties and implementing the Polri Presisi program to create public services that have an impact on public trust. Using a qualitative method, this research conducted observations and interviews with Polres Tuban's leaders and members and the community in Tuban Regency. The results show that Asta Brata leadership influences the success of Polres Tuban's duties. The Asta Brata leadership has been implemented in Polres Tuban through the Polri Presisi program. Furthermore, with the Asta Brata leadership, public services provided by Polres Tuban can satisfy and gain the trust of the community.

    The purpose of this study is to analyze Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Performance Assessment and IT Capability affect employee performance. Respondents from this study were all employees, namely as many as 75 people, data collection was carried out through a survey with a questionnaire instrument, and data analysis used was multiple linear regression, while F-test and t-test were used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that POS, Capability of IT, and performance appraisal partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while the hypothesis test as a simultaneously stated that POS, Capability of IT, and performance appraisal have a significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that to improve employee performance, organizational support, IT skills and performance appraisal of employees in the company are needed.

This research used the partial least square-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed hypothesis.     This study aims to analyze the related Creativity, Innovation and Resilience partially or simultaneously on Employee Performance at Nusantara Garment Company Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative and the sample used is 85 peoples. The data collection method used is a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study conclude that the T-test  analysis shows that the variables of Creativity, Innovation and Resilience have a significant effect on employee performance.Furthermore, the results of the F test analysis shows that Creativity, Innovation and Resilience as simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. This indicates that improving employee performance in garment companies can be done by choosing employees who have Creativity, Innovation and Resilience when recruiting, or providing coaching and training to  generate creativity, Innovation and Resilience of employees.
