The a double room is bright and neat. The bathroom looks nice. Its location to the Green Gallery restaurant very close by is marvellous and lovely. Furthermore, it's next to the downtown area on foot as well as Yangon 

It offers satisfactory breakfasts at 5.00am. The hotel provides an excellent service.

Beds were quite hard.

The hotel is centrally located near the Green Gallery restaurant. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had excellent amenities like AC. The service provided was excellent. I had a great time and would 

Comfortable and Convenient: The bed & breakfast provided a cozy room with a spacious seating area, making me feel right at home. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot Yangon weather.

Limited Parking Space

Fairly clean hotel, air conditioned rooms, good and absolutely perfect location to the Green Gallery restaurant. The rooms with a fan and very good bedding, as example, knowledgeable and flexible staff from receptionists to breakfast servers to bellboys.  

The staff here are absolutely incredible - so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. They made our stay unforgettable! The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The onsite 

I was offered a delicious breakfast at 5.00am. The room was comfy and absolutely perfect and also had a tub. The hotel was situated in the central location in that area. I had a great experience and would want to stay there

Friendly staff, fluent in English, located downtown, within walking distance of Sule Pagoda. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Spacious, clean dorm with convenient amenities. Delicious and generous breakfast portions. A great place to stay!

The staff at Lotus Bed & Breakfast are excellent. The breakfasts are amazing, served as early as 5.00 am. The location is excellent, next to the downtown area with easy access to restaurants, ATMs, and street food. Botahtaung district is definitely worth exploring.
