My deluxe queen room had an electric kettle, coffee/tea makers, and a lounge. Particularly good location just next door to the main university campus, the end of the Royal Mile, and Princes Street and bus stop right outside on main road,

The location was great and I could use free parking on site. The hotel itself was in a very quiet area. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, a larder, and a hair dryer in the deluxe queen room.

The location is great, with the hotel being fairly close to the center, just a bit of a walk away. You can easily reach the city center within 20 to 30 minutes of a steady walk. It's also a plus that the hotel is so close to Holyrood
