Friendly and highly skilled staff. The rooms have been recently renovated and are a good size. They come with amenities like tea and a shower curtain, among others. 🌟

The rooms are modern and well-kept on the ground floor, complete with WiFi and a desk.

Overall had luxurious stay for one night. We ate at a very nice restaurant for breakfast and supper. Had WiFi and a writing desk. The room was a nice size, and the bed was very clean, will choose the place

Thoughtful staff, luxurious hotel with good restaurant. Good sized and recently refurbished room with very comfortable beds. The service in the property was friendly. Late check-out.

I stayed in a family room with a beautiful view of the mountains that I had requested beforehand, and the service was excellent despite a few slightly unfriendly employees.

Great facilities and comfortable rooms. The onsite parking was convenient. During our stay, we encountered a situation similar to another guest who had a late checkout request denied. However, the manager was accommodating and addressed our concerns in the morning. I would 

Convenience of the hotel bus shuttle every hour to city centre. Peaceful central gardens. Friendly atmosphere. Very nice decor. Nice extra touch of chocolates brought around. Friendly staff.

Aircon didn't work even after informing front desk.

The location was excellent, the room had a fabulous view of the Gondola, the dining room was decorated nicely and felt very cosy with the fire in the centre.
