Breakfast was rich, thoroughly enjoyed the position.

The room we had was stunning and brilliant, came with bathroom as well as an extra single bed.

By and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in Kokkini Hani, had much fun and met affable staff in restaurants efficient service. I got a reasonably large room with great seaview. The pool was heated

Our stay at Mitsis was beyond our expectations. The hotel offered a variety of dining options, including a fantastic Steakhouse and Taverna. We never went hungry with the food stands around the hotel, and the variety of food was impressive. We also 

The perfect location, the good treatment of all staff, the Chinese restaurant and tavern, the beach, the deckchairs and hammocks on the beach.

There was no elevator to access our room on the third floor.

Very friendly staff and very beautiful pool landscape. The food's good. Fortunately there is the tavern (for rooms of the first row it is also available for breakfast) and the Chinese restaurant, as the space in the main restaurant is very limited 

The location was stunning and beautiful, near the beach. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shopping centres. The restaurant was good with so good cooked food and fantastic enterteinment during the day 

The location was amazing - so close to the Heraklion airport and the city, restaurants providing typically Greek food, and Heraklion or ag Nikolaos. It also was about a 5-minute walk to Aegean Sea.

We didn't want to say goodbye, this hotel is well-run and well-kept!!!

The breakfast is varied with eggs bacon breads home made cakes, had savoury food;)))

Beautiful small hotel with super staff members with great customer service and an eye for detail. Early check in and late check out.

I have just spent 9 days in superior queen room with roomier inside, the mini bar and very comfortable beds, and greatly enjoyed it. At the salad bar guests were offered sushi and salads.

The superior queen room we stayed in was modern with balconies. They provided a varied breakfast with cheeses, eggs bacon breads home made cakes and nice omelettes. The location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Mionoan 

Lovely stay, relaxing atmosphere, great cocktails, fresh and delicious food, friendly staff

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Very boring. There's a lot more small children than adults.
