Got recently refurbished, lovely looking room with a bathroom down the hall, a TV and the ill fitting window.

Some people working there were very rude.

The hotel's location was convenient and decent, so close to the Manchester arena as well as a shopping mall and lots of varieties of restaurants close by. The room was great value and newly decorated with TV and 

There where soft beds and coffee and a kettle inside the room. Private bathroom was good. The location was particularly good, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Manchester Jewish Museum.

I think the hotel was quiet, would love to stay here again. Everything was good, fab location just next door to Park View, a shopping area where M & S, matalan and other well known shops can be found and bus 

I appreciated the hotel, it's quiet and the location is handy in a taxi to arena. The staff were welcoming, nice.

Fairly clean place, stuff was nice. Had exceptionally clean room for the telly, which I appreciated.

The room was a nice size, and it had coffee and a kettle that were useful. Got really big bed and free Wi-Fi.

The units are great value for money and newly renovated for the telly. The setting is comfortable and decent, just next door to city center, the centre of Manchester and Manchester Piccadilly, adequate area.  

Had fantastic experience, overall quiet little and exceptionally friendly place.

Large rooms, comfy bed, great staff, good value for money, convenient location, free parking.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
