The staff are efficient and professional, they keep the place fairly clean. It is centrally located in Downtown Singapore district right by the Peninsula, and the gardens by the bay in one direction or china town the other. It has a roof top bar, that serves complimentary drinks.

We really enjoyed rooms with great view. This recently renovated hotel had a very central setting right in the centre of the city. Restaurant The Hashtag Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The food was good, and the room was large. Good and perfect location close to everything, easy to get anywhere. Really close to St Andrew's cathedral and transport and attractions and Robinson shopping mall, public transport and easy to get a taxi with grab.
