I've been using the app for a long time and even after the revamp a few years ago. It was fine but over the last few months it's become very buggy. Crashed very often, can't open news stories, sometimes it doesn't open at all. What's happening Deccan Herald? We've been reading the news paper for decades and then moved to the app. Very disappointed with this. Update: DH, you have a caching problem. If we clear the cache and data in app management, it opens. Can't clear daily though. Please fix.

It is crashing everytime I open it to read the articles. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, but the problem persists! What to do? Could it be hardware/software specific problem? Or it is happening with every device? Why is it crashing everytime I open it to read. Please do something or tell me the way to resolve it. Really love the content and want to read daily.

Not opening for many days!👎🏿🤬 If you're not interested in fixing the bugs, just take it back. Finally auto played videos are removed. Very less articles are there in all sections. Why? Category of article must be made clickable. App didn't meet expectations. A lot of fixes, features, improvements are needed. Also, Poor offline support. No swipe option to swipe between main topics on homepage. Remove swipe option for bookmark. Fix soon.
