You have probably heard about Ken Griffin’s record-setting $238 million home purchase in 2019 at 220 Central Park South, the same New York City supertall tower where billionaire Daniel Ochs sold his 73rd-floor penthouse in 2022 to Brooklyn Nets owner Joseph Tsai for $190 million, marking the second most expensive sale in the United States. The 952-foot-tall Big Apple address, which also houses music icon Sting, is now offering up another glamorous residence, albeit not a penthouse, for $32.75 million.
