Staff here were very friendly and resolved any issues that came up, and the room I had was clean and had working air conditioning.

Good all round hotel in a beautiful area near to the larger water slides. The staff - excellent and helpful. Soundproof, spacious room with a big bathroom. A la carte breakfast with lots of outstanding meals to choose from.  

Spotlessly clean and soundproof rooms, magnificent view of the ocean. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and an ironing set were convenient.

This venue is quite clean and has a convenient location; the dinner at their restaurant is really enjoyable.

Smooth check-in process and a clean, soundproof room with a comfortable king bed, great view, and cozy cushions. the staff was really helpful, and we enjoyed the convenience of free 24-hour room service and ironing services. - Free onsite parking was provided

All inclusive, good variety of food. Best choice for families with kids.

On the right side of hotel is very noisy electricity station. No minibar in the rooms

It's a great all inclusive resort for the whole family, they have activities for everyone.

The food is far from great, in all the restaurants is like generic and standard, and the Japanese restaurant is the worst i've ever had.

The room was really clean and super spacious, plus it had everything you need like control over the temperature, a secure safe, and a big flat-screen TV with lots of channels to choose from 🌟.

We absolutely loved the breathtaking view from our room. It was truly astounding. The food, especially breakfast, was delicious and satisfying. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had the best 

This is the first time that my family stayed in an All Incluvsive Hotel. It is very convinient for us because we didn't have to worry about what we eat every day. The hotel have enough restaraunts that we could choose. 

Only the beach

the rooms are not clean, the kids club is from 18 months and they did not mention that on the website or on the phone, the food is served mostly cold because of the big amounts of the client the only good food was at the morning in the buffet, the sushi was terrible the fish looked really old, the swimming pools were looking really dirty especially the pool bar swimming pool, we had had an upgrade to the suite but the suite wasn't clean the bathroom was really dirty the shower was full with blue mold
