The staff were really courteous, had a great attitude. I appreciated the savoury breakfast for vegetarians, offered by the hotel.

Our experience here was very enjoyable short. In relation to the superb price paid, it was safe place to stay with friendly service.

The restaurant was excellent for evening meals, I tried hot dishes. A handy kitchenette was great and had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

The staff was amazingly nice, providing an excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful for what was on offer with cereal to choose from and sausage.

Homely good budget hotel with very attentive and really courteous staff members on the later shift. Savoury and free breakfast for vegetarians and unbeatable location.

The hotel was clean, impecable, had great and informative staff on the later shift. The morning meal was tasty and gorgeous with a waffle maker, delicious hot porridge, sausage. The location was awesome, minutes away 

The location is great, at a medium distance from The Quayside. And it's nestled in a traditional building close to bars at the quayside in the evening, all public areas too and the Central Train Station.  

All in all they offer polite service. Happy to have a bar in the reception. It has brilliant and awesome location metres from Round.

We ate in the great restaurant with dishes constantly being refilled which was reasonably priced. A microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators were an advantage. The hotel had a central location and it was a short way from a renovated Victorian mill.  

The units are nice with a view.

Hotel's location was perfect and magnificent, down the hill. What's more, it was just off the restaurants and bars at the quayside in the evening, South Shields and the quayside river.

The location was magnificent and ideal for walking around The Quayside. The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new in air con unit, I had a good rest.

Nice room with particularly good view of the quayside.

The location was unbeatable to outside eating area.
