We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the place. The place was impeccably clean with an excellent staff on the reception desk. Good restaurant served American specialities.

Position: in the shopping area, in the centre of the city.

Beautifully maintained, huge rooms provided with the airconditioning, big balcony, for example. Quiet atmosphere.

Stunning and magnificent location, within walking distance of Plaza de Oriente.

Thoroughly enjoyed this perfect accommodation with excellent staff on the reception desk. The twin/double room I stayed in was huge where the airconditioning worked. Had an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV.  

Huge and neat units with 3 beds. Location so close to the Grand Via which is virtually the centre of Madrid as well as the metro station Noviciado.

The property was fairly clean and staff was great and very cordial. Exceptionally nice rooms with a minibar, central heating and an electronic key card, facilities worked well. Meals were good, and

Marvellous location easy to get a cab etc, good for visiting Madrid. Well-maintained and huge room with climate control, a personal safe, and a mini-bar.

Spacious and exceptionally clean hotel, location was particularly good and magnificent near to the metro station Noviciado and Santo Domingo, and 3 metro stops, restaurants.

sterling was a pleasant surprise during our quick stop in madrid. the room fit our family of 4 comfortably with space to spare. the central location and proximity to metro lines made exploring the city a breeze. a cheery coin op laundry 

Excelent location and quaiet

Hotel is in the city center, Metro, shops, restaurants, staff is very friendly and helpful, room is clean. Good place from the walk to the city center, museum, historical monuments. Transit to the airport, bus station or train 

My double room with three single beds, big balcony and a window leading to an inside staircase was beautifully maintained. As for me, the location was great, near to the centre of Madrid, San Bernardo station and Spain.
