I have completed a survey concerning my previous stay in this hotel on 12/11. By the way, after claiming, the hotel agrees to apply a normal rate to convert US Dollars in Indonesian Rupiah (9100 Rp/US, compare to the 10500 used previously).

Great Breakfast and Convenient Location

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our

The rate to convert USD in Indonesian Rupiah was 10500 Rp/US, at the end the price of the room becomes more than the 64US. The normal rate is around 9000 Rp/US, so I paid more than 15% up to the booked price. Room comments: Very noisy room (more than 50% of the rooms are along the stree) / Small bath room, no exceed 3 meter-squared, we are supposed to be in 4-star hotel!!!

Lovely riverside hotel with stunning landscape. Free river tour to traditional floating market. Excellent breakfast with a mix of local and international cuisine. Friendly staff and live musicians. Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location with a shopping mall nearby. 

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location right on the river side was absolutely stunning. We could easily visit the floating market and even took a boat for a river tour from the boat landing just in front of the hotel. The 

We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the festive decorations and Christmas Eve dinner. The room amenities and cleanliness were satisfactory. The location of the hotel is convenient, with a supermarket nearby and a shuttle 

We loved the central location of this hotel, making it easy to get to Lok Baintan Floating Market which is a must-see landmark in this area. Having a free river tour on the traditional floating market was also a big advantage
