The staff was extremely helpful and we would happily go back again. We had a really nice trip at this exclusive hotel. The location of the property was stunning and lovely, away from the city life.

Their staff were not so good.

Stayed here for 1 day, loved the hotel, it was impeccably clean with stunning location close to the mountains.

The location was stunning and incredible, you can visit Banff Gondola Cableway by walking. Thanks to a bus station right at the hotel, all the landmarks in Banff were within reach.

The room itself was brand-new, gorgeous with mountain view and had the things we needed.

Magnificent location of the hotel by mountains. The breakfasts with the view. We didn't have time, so we also would have extended the stay.

I would still consider staying here again for a trip. The property is fancy, it has extremely helpful staff with a really nice staff member. Location is perfect and beautiful, to Banff downtown. The breakfast choices are very very good.  

Romantic and upscale venue, incredible location just next door to gondola, hot spring and hiking trail and the town centre. Great pool onsite, spotless and luxury room with great views, last minute notice plus
