The location here is top-notch 🌟 You have a shopping mall and duty free stores close by, just a short walk away. Plus, the airport isn't too far either, only 16 miles from here.

The Shilla Seoul is a modern and gorgeous hotel located in a nice area just off other restaurants down the road. The personnel are very courteous, and the rooms are luxurious with large, updated bathrooms. The breakfast is enormous and impeccable, with live music and delicious Korean food.

The Shilla Seoul is a top-rated and sophisticated hotel with welcoming staff. The breakfast at the lounge area is enormous and sensational, especially with the honey.The hotel has an excellent location close to a tube station, restaurants, and bars.

The service at the front desk was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They even remembered my name, which added a personal touch to my stay. Additionally, the wellness center was fantastic. With its wide range of facilities, including a pool, jacuzzis, sauna. The facilities were spacious and luxurious, exceeding the standards of many other 5-star hotels.

One downside was the location of the hotel. The directions given by various maps were misleading, and it took longer than expected to walk from the train station or airport limo bus stop to the main lobby, especially with heavy luggage.

The rooms here are clean, well-equipped with everything you need, and the staff is very helpful and informed.

This spotless and very classy room had all the basic facilities we needed like central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV, the employees were incredibly friendly, and the service was just perfect.

The Executive Lounge access was amazing! The Sauna facilities were fantastic, with multiple options available and not overcrowded. The staff at the Sauna were very kind and professional. The Happy Hour provided just the right amount of meals and beverages. The breakfast offered delicious and fresh options. The hotel's location near the Dongguk University metro station made it easy to access key tourist sites within a few stops. The staff at the hotel were superb, always helpful in every possible way.
