Nice stay, as always. Vegan and sensational breakfast with plenty of options, quirky and clean place. Superb choice of cereal and eggs at breakfast. Great location to the valley, free parking on site. Also - adjacent to the main railway station as well as the 

The daily breakfast was vegan and amazing with local products, lovely eggs plus fresh ingredients.

Their rooms are always attractive and ideal with quirky extras, beautiful view, for example. It has fantastic very central location next to the train station in Exeter.

Accommodating and outstandingly accommodating employees!

Place was fairly clean and relaxing. Particularly good location a 10-15 minute walk from Exeter Cathedral. Units with an excellent breakfast. A lounge area, tea/coffee, and tea and coffee making equipment were convenient.  

I had compact airy room with a thicker blind as well as a terrace. The location was magnificent - not far from the main railway station and the town centre, the centre and the quay and eateries.

All in all - had a good 1 night stay. I got savoury breakfast with fresh ingredients and local products, for instance. The location offered was unbeatable near Paignton on, quiet area, and the train station, the town and the university. 

Ideal setting, it's just next door to the train station in Exeter, city centre and theatre, and cathedral and downtown...

Fabulous food, overall quirky and incredibly beautiful place.

Clean place in Victorian style with all necessary facilities. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

We couldn't recommend more this property, thoroughly enjoyed its location. The hotel serves amazing full English breakfast. The rooms are spacious.

The staff there were thoughtful and hospitable.

The location of the hotel was magnificent and perfect - not too far away from Exeter Cathedral. Loved how the nicely furnished suite with a double and single bed was arranged when we arrived.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

The rooms were ideal and attractive with a stunning view, quirky extras. I had cereal and eggs in the morning. The hotel was situated in the very central location close to the train station Exeter St David slight

The location was marvellous and lovely, close enough to the university campus to walk, it's a plus. The breakfast was sensational and cereal and eggs were available.

Small hotel with accommodating staff and exceptionally good views of the town. The great and fab location for the price, next to cathedral and downtown. Also, close enough to the university campus to walk.
