Following the Bar’s recent announcement that the Exam Entrance Examination will comprise:
- three papers made up of ethics, evidence, and a choice of either civil or criminal procedure
- the option of sitting the exam papers at the same time or on different occasions, and
- any paper(s) that are failed can be repeated within a permitted exam period
the Bar is seeking information by way of an Expression of Interest from candidates interested or intending to sit the 2024 Exam, to assist the Bar Office to undertake the necessary planning required. Please note that the date of the Exam is yet to be announced and this will be communicated soon.
Candidates should note that the fee to sit the 2024 Exam is yet to be determined. Please refer to the Victorian Bar website for updates on the Exam.
