            Purchased professional services from MedLicense.com in June 2022 to help me obtain my TX medical license. The team processed my request and filed my application with the State of Texas, but due to errors on their part, my application was delayed and my application with the State of TX was not granted. In specific, MedLicense guarantees a one-week turnaround on responses from state agencies, which they failed to meet on multiple occasions, resulting in a delay in my medical application. My request for a refund from MedLicense was denied. MedLicense does not offer terms of service or any other guarantees and so my request is inline with a failure to offer the terms they verbally and in writing (via email) committed to.

            I utilized MedLicense.com to obtain licensure in all 50 States. They managed the process from beginning to end. After I met with them to complete the initial enrollment, MedLicense.com took over from that point. They managed the process from the submitting of the applications, requesting the third party verifications, and all the required follow up. Most of my licenses were issued within 2-4 months. They stayed with me throughout the process until the end. After 4 months I had 35 licenses. The rest were issued over then next few months. I have recommended MedLicense.com to my colleagues and I continue to utilize them for my Renewals.
