Some breaking Everton news reaching us. Manager Roberto Martinez says two clubs have expressed an interest in striker Samuel Eto'o in the last 12 hours and left him out against West Ham with a view to the player possibly leaving. "We have a great relationship with Samuel and we will see what is best for him and us over the next few days," adds Martinez.

Fulham will meet Sunderland in the FA Cup fourth round on 24 January after a thrilling win over Wolves on penalties. Cottagers boss Kit Symons tells BBC Radio London: "What a way to win a cup tie. It had a bit of everything.

"We had more shots in that first half than we've had in our three previous games, but Wolves hit back and put us under a lot of pressure in the second half. It was quite an emotional evening for the Wolves fans, who got right behind their team. And rightly so, Sir Jack Hayward is a real loss to the game after all he's done."

West Ham manager Sam Allardyce tells BT Sport: "I felt as soon as the whistle went it wasn't a PreMier League game. Both teams tried to win it. It would have been a real kick in the teeth had we lost because I think over the two games we deserved to go through. It's the fourth game in a row we've been in the lead and not finished it off. We've got to get the clean sheet ratio back in place. Why are Southampton doing well? It's because they've got 11 clean sheets this season."

Everton manager Roberto Martinez tells BT Sport: "It is heartbreaking because we were down to 10 men for a long period but I thought we were the better side. The penalties were a bit of a lottery but I couldn't be prouder. I couldn't see West Ham scoring from open play and it had to be a dead ball situation. Unfortunately we couldn't see it through. We had the hardest role to play but the performance was magnificent."

West Ham goalkeeper Adrian who scored the winning spot kick tells BT Sport: "It was an unbelievable game for the fans. I feel really happy. I was relaxed when I stepped forward to take the penalty. We've got the victory and we go through to the next round. Joel Robles made some unbelievable saves, but we played well and fought until the end."

It's an absolute blizzard in the Black Country as this thrilling cup tie reaches half-time in extra time. If we had much more than 15 minutes to play, there may be a few questions about the tie finishing. Has a game ever been abandoned during a penalty shootout?

Extraordinary. Ten-man Everton are 15 minutes away from a superb FA Cup win.

The chances keep coming at Molineux and now it is snowing! It's Kevin McDonald's turn to go close for Wolves with a 25-yard curler that keeper Marcus Bettinelli does well to keep out.

There's 3,000 Everton fans at Upton Park. The last train back to Liverpool is leaving soon. None seem to care. The Toffees are heading into the fourth round unless West Ham can respond.

We've just seen the good and the bad from Romelu Lukaku. He had missed a sitter moments before firing Everton ahead after clever work by Seamus Coleman. Everton are running themselves into the ground.

Almost a hat-trick for Cauley Woodrow, but the Fulham striker shoots into the side netting. Agonising for the visitors.

So after 90 minutes of action in four FA Cup replays, the only conclusive outcome is Bristol City will be hosting West Ham or Everton in the fourth round.

"Everton were given that lifeline. Defensively they were valiant in the last 10 minutes and deserve to take this to extra time. Everton have belief now, they have something to cling on to even if it goes to penalties. That looked unlikely when McGeady was sent off."

Bristol City are through to face either West Ham or Everton - and the chance to play in front of the BBC cameras.

Extra time here we come.

Sam Allardyce is looking at his watch. It looks like another 30 minutes at Upton Park. No-one is complaining. It's been a pulsating tie.

Both sides pushing for a winner in a terrific finish to the 90 minutes at Molineux. First Fulham substitute Hugo Rodallega's shot is blocked by home full-back Dominic Iorfa, then Dave Edwards curls a shot just wide at the other end. A proper cup tie, this one.

"West Ham have done everything they possibly could to score but Everton have stayed firm. Two brilliant blocks and a great save. Time now to take a deep breath for them and on the balance of play I believe they at least deserve to get to extra time. The goalkeeper has had a brilliant second half in particular."

Four minutes of added time. It's now or extra-time.

Another huge chance for West Ham but Joel Robles uses his finger-tips to deny Kevin Nolan. Brilliant save.

West Ham want a penalty. Enner Valencia's cross strikes the arm of John Stones, who is right on the edge of the Toffees area. The referee awards a free-kick and Valencia goes close with a header. This is a thriller.

Twists and turns everywhere. As it stands, we're heading into extra time in three of tonight's four FA Cup replays.

"Amazing isn't it? At one end Collins had a header brilliantly saved and when the free-kick comes, Mirallas, his clear intention was to whip that ball around the wall and he easily beats the keeper. It is flat and fast and the goalkeeper cannot get across."

"Is that the chance to keep Everton in the FA Cup? Mirallas looks like he's scored and there is the man on the line."

Take a bow James Tomkins. Romelu Lukaku charges the ball down and crosses for Kevin Mirallas who must score from six yards but Tomkins makes a dramatic clearance.

Chesterfield waste another opportunity. Sam Morsy is picked out by Gary Roberts but he is confused about whether he should shoot or cross, eventually pulling the ball back and it is cleared.

BBC Sport's Ged Scott at Molineux: "The atmosphere is much changed on an emotional night inside a wintry Molineux. Lifted by their fans, and by the double substitution of Dicko and Edwards, Wolves have raised their game and deserve to be level."

As it stands, we're heading for extra time at Wolves and Chesterfield. West Ham are heading for Bristol City in the fourth round.

Hammers substitute Kevin Nolan catches Phil Jagielka late as the Everton defender clears and is shown a yellow card. This is bruising stuff.

Wolves are making much more of a fight of this in the second half, and they could easily be level. Matt Doherty has just headed against the post from a corner, with a follow-up effort then cleared off the line. Nouha Dicko has definitely made a difference for the home side since coming on at the break, having seen a shot blocked seconds before Doherty was denied.

Andy Carroll is in the wars as he crumbles to the ground while challenging Toffees defender John Stones and keeper Joel Robles for a high ball. Duncan Ferguson, watching from the Everton bench, will have admired the West Ham striker's bravery. Another impressive performance by Carroll.

West Ham are trying to wrap this up early. Enner Valnecia's through ball to Andy Carroll is only just cut out before Aaron Cresswell goes close with a low drive. Everton's 10 men are firmly on the back foot.

Paul Collins: It's good to see Big Sam having some success. He's got West Ham playing good stuff in the first year he has been allowed to spend some cash.

Aidan Williams: West Ham will be happy with this, if they do win it is the expected result, a big compliment considering Everton last season.

As it stands, Bristol City will host West Ham in the fourth round while Fulham will be travelling to Sunderland. It's still goalless between Chesterfield and Scunthorpe. Still time for more twists and turns.

"What a crazy challenge. Mark Noble is coming across, Aiden McGeady slides in, late, leaves his right leg high and he clips Noble. His momentum takes him through and it is without a doubt a second yellow card. All of a sudden this game is sliding away from Everton."

A lucky escape for Doncaster's inexperienced 21-year-old keeper Marko Marosi. The Slovakia Under-21 international, a former Burnley College student, hits a clearance straight against Matt Smith's back, but the ball drifts wide. The striker follows that up by nodding wide from the impressive Jay Emmanuel-Thomas's cross. It may be tempting fate to say so, but at the moment, this tie is only going one way.

BBC Sport's Ged Scott at Molineux: "The snow is really falling heavily here now. The home fans on the South Bank have warmed up a bit though, having broken into a loud, uplifting rendition of Jack Hayward's Barmy Army."

It goes from bad to worse for Everton. Aiden McGeady, on a yellow from the first half, sends Mark Noble tumbling and is sent off. The Toffees will finish with 10 men.

Everton have now conceded in their last 11 matches. They haven't gone out of the FA Cup at the third round stage since 2007. They're got work ahead of them if they are to stretch that record.

Wolves have made two changes at the break in a bid to improve on a poor first-half display. Dave Edwards has replaced James Henry in midfield, while Nouha Dicko has come on in attack for Liam McAlinden - who probably had the home side's best chance in the opening 45 minutes.

Dicko makes a quick impact, striking the side netting from a tight angle after working the ball on to his left foot.

Corner to West Ham. Andy Carroll heads the ball down into the path of James Collins but he blazes over from eight yards.

Bristol City scorer Jay Emmanuel-Thomas has had cup success before - he scored in every round for Arsenal when they won the FA Youth Cup in 2009, beating Liverpool 6-2 on aggregate in the final.

They're still playing at Ashton Gate. Doncaster have been second best, but almost snatch an equaliser right on half-time. James Coppinger cuts in from the left to shoot and beats keeper Frank Fielding, but Mark Little gets back to clear off the line.

It might be goalless but it's entertaining at Upton Park.

Fulham should be two up at Molineux. Moussa Dembele latches on to Ross McCormack's through pass, rounds keeper Carl Ikeme but misses from five yards. Dembele will be hoping that one doesn't come back to haunt him.

Roy Hodgson at West Ham, Steve McClaren at Chesterfield...England managers past and present are out in force at tonight's FA Cup replays.

Scunthorpe's Eddie Nolan is yellow carded for a heavy tackle on Gary Roberts. Chesterfield have made use of their home advantage to make a fast start but have not found the net and Derby County are still none the wiser as to who they will meet in round four. Incidentally, their manager Steve McClaren is in the stands watching.

Having let so much go, Neil Swarbrick's patience finally snaps and the referee reaches for his pocket to book Aiden McGeady for hacking down Matt Jarvis. The Everton man isn't even complaining.

Bristol City have been pushing for a goal in hammering rain at Ashton Gate, and now they have one. Aden Flint's header from a Marlon Pack corner was beaten out by keeper Marko Marosi, but Jay Emmanuel-Thomas nodded in the rebound from close range.

A little bit of redemption in the assist for Flint, who had headed over when unmarked from a Pack corner moments earlier.

Cauley Woodrow's header has ended a Fulham goal drought stretching over 387 minutes of football. The 20-year-old was the last player to score for Kit Symons' side before tonight, netting a stoppage-time penalty in a 4-0 Championship victory over Sheffield Wednesday five days before Christmas.

Wolves have fought back with a couple of efforts; notably Danny Batth seeing a downward header gathered by keeper Marcus Bettinelli. But it's Fulham who are heading for a fourth round date with Sunderland at the moment.

"I think Song's shot hit a fellow West Ham player - Valencia. It hit his shoulder and maybe winded him as well. The ball was cheaply given away by Naismith and immediately West Ham counter attacked. Everton are doing themselves down in the final third and not showing a level of precision."

So close for West Ham. Another quick Hammers attack catches Everton's defence out and Alex Song looks certain to score from 12 yards but the ball cannons into team-mate Enner Valencia.

Stewart Downing is teasing and probing outside the Everton box. He lets fly with a low right-foot shot that whistles narrowly wide of the post. How long can this stay 0-0?

The first goal of the night - and it's Fulham's first since 20 December. Cauley Woodrow rises to meet a cross from left-back Kostas Stafylidis and plants a header past a helpless Carl Ikeme in the Wolves goal.

Still deadlocked at Upton Park. It's a lively tie with both teams creating chances. West Ham's latest attempt sees Mark Noble, Alex Song and then an ambitious ball between Seamus Coleman and John Stones that Aaron Cresswell almost gets on the end of.

Wolves have ridden the early Fulham pressure and created their first clear opening. Young forward Liam McAlinden finds space inside the penalty area as the ball breaks to him, but Marcus Bettinelli reacts quickly to make a terrific save. Warming up nicely, this one.

Sam Slocombe is frustrating home fans at the Proact Stadium as he produces another fine save to thwart Eoin Doyle. This time the Chesterfield attacker is played through and his shot across goal is destined for the roof of the net until the ball is spectacularly tipped over.

Lively stuff at Ashton Gate, with Doncaster's James Coppinger failing to connect with a volley from Curtis Main's cross, allowing keeper Frank Fielding to make a comfortable save. At the other end, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas' through ball puts Scott Wagstaff clear for Bristol City, but the attempted lob over advancing keeper Marko Marosi is rushed and drops wide.

Fulham continue to create chances at Molineux. Cauley Woodrow has hit one effort straight at keeper Carl Ikeme, Ross McCormack has blazed a shot over from 15 yards and Sean Kavanagh has cleared the crossbar with a curled effort. Kit Symons' side haven't scored since Christmas, but that run could end pretty soon at this rate.

There's been several meaty challenges already at Upton Park but referee Neil Swarbrick appears to be in a charitable mood. Enner Valencia, for one, can count himself lucky for escaping a caution for pole-axing Everton's Gareth Barry.

Still we await the first goal of the night. Long way to go, but penalties anyone?

Chesterfield were almost off to a flyer but for a stunning Sam Slocombe save, denying Tendayi Darikwa who charged onto a cross and forced a low stop. The tie has since settled, Eoin Doyle with one other strike for the home side which was comfortably fielded.

Everton are having to defend in numbers for the first time. Andy Carroll is becoming more of a nuisance by the minute.

"Valencia did well, skipped into the box, Robles pops it up in the air and Carroll is up in the air, a good chance but it comes thundering back off the upright. It was a good save from Robles because it looked like Valencia had lifted it up over him."

West Ham will wonder how they are not ahead. John Stones carelessly loses possession deep inside his own half and Enner Valencia is running at goal. He ghosts past Phil Jagielka before pulling the trigger. Joel Robles saves but the ball falls to Andy Carroll, who is in an off-side position, who heads against the outside of the post.

"When you play against West Ham you know you have to be set up and prepared as they will put the ball into the box. We earned the right of a replay and we always play well at Upton Park."

West Ham manager Sam Allardyce tells BT Sport: "We will try to finish the job tonight and we're only missing Winston Reid, who picked up an injury at Swansea.

"It's easier than in the Premier League as someone has to win, we're playing at home so let's see if we can get in the opposition box and get some goals.

"Romelu Lukaku has scored every time he has played us, even when he was on loan at West Brom he scored. He is such a big threat and a good player but the onus is on us to break them down."

West Ham United: England manager Roy Hodgson arrives at the Boleyn Ground.

"I think West Ham are favourites. They are a strong, physical, powerful side and difficult to hold when they're in form. There's a belief about this West Ham support that they could have a good Cup run this year.

"I think Sam Allardyce has had to change. There were directives from the chairman, they wanted the side to play a certain way. Everyone is enjoying themselves at Upton Park."

Upton Park has hosted some great games under the floodlights yet tonight could be the last FA Cup tie ever staged at the famous venue. The Hammers are leaving their home for the last 111 years and moving to the Olympic Stadium for the 2016-17 campaign. Lose to Everton and the Boleyn Ground might not stage another tie in the famous competition.

Another game without a goal and the Cottagers can forget all about an FA Cup fourth round date at Sunderland on 24 January.

Wolves are without cup-tied left-back Kortney Hause, so Matt Doherty steps in as one of three changes to the team that won 1-0 at Blackburn on Sunday. Forward Liam McAlinden replaces Nouha Dicko, and Wales Under-21 midfielder Lee Evans comes in for David Edwards.

Bristol City forward Luke Freeman says he wants to overcome Doncaster so he can test himself against Premier League opposition. The Robins will entertain Everton or West Ham in the fourth round if they can get past Doncaster.

"Now we know what is there for us in the next round you want to go out and make sure you are through," adds the former Arsenal reserve player. "You always want to see what you're capable of and see how far you are from that level. It should give us more belief and a chance to go out there and play because we have a good opportunity to play a big side."

Continuity is the name of the game for Chesterfield boss Paul Cook, who makes no changes from Saturday's 3-0 win over Port Vale.

For Scunthorpe, Eddie Nolan comes into defence as one of three changes, with Lyle Taylor and Isaiah Osbourne brought in despite a 4-1 weekend win at Walsall.

He was the first manager to leave his job this season but Mark Robins has worked wonders since taking over at Scunthorpe United. Robins started the campaign in charge of Huddersfield Town but parted company after just one game. Scunthorpe are unbeaten in 11 games going into tonight's replay at Chesterfield under Robins.

"It's still early days," says Robins. "The players deserve enormous credit because they are working hard. They have bought into what we are trying to do and if they continue to do that, the results will continue to be good."

Don't blame the players of Chesterfield and Scunthorpe if they are getting sick of the sight of one another. This is the fourth meeting between the two clubs this season. Scunthorpe defeated their opponents 2-0 in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on 2 September before the Spireites got revenge with a 4-1 League One win 11 days later. Tonight's replay is a result of a 2-2 draw on 6 January. And whatever the outcome, they will be facing one another again in the league on 24 January.

League One promotion chasers Bristol City make three changes, with wing-backs Scott Wagstaff and Greg Cunningham coming in, along with midfielder Marlon Pack, while Joe Bryan, Wade Elliott and Luke Freeman drop to the bench as manager Steve Cotterill bids to keep his squad fresh.

Bristol City XI: Fielding, Williams, Flint, Ayling, Wagstaff, Little, K Smith, Cunningham, Pack, M Smith, Emmanuel-Thomas.

Doncaster, 14th in League One after Saturday's 2-2 draw at Oldham, give Marko Marosi only his second start in goal after Sam Johnstone was recalled by Manchester United and sent out on loan to Preston on Monday. There are two other changes; teenager Harry Middleton replaces Kyle Bennett in midfield, and Curtis Main takes Theo Robinson's place in attack.

Doncaster XI: Marosi, Wabara, McCullough, Butler, Stevens; Coppinger, Keegan, Wellens, Forrester, Middleton, Main.

Doncaster boss Paul Dickov knows all about FA Cup surprises having masterminded Liverpool's exit from the competition in 2013. "I know from the Cup runs I had at Oldham how beneficial it (a cup run) is," says the former Arsenal and Manchester City forward.

"It's massive for lots of reasons, we want to keep the run going, and I want to give the club the exposure and the players likewise."

Doncaster will face Everton or West Ham in the fourth round if they overcome Bristol City.

Sam Allardyce makes two changes for West Ham from the side that drew 1-1 at Swansea with Matt Jarvis and Alex Song starting. Winston Reid is injured and Hammers' club captain Kevin Nolan drops to the bench.

His side might be without a goal or a win in 2015 but Fulham boss Kit Symons says his players can defeat Premier League Sunderland in the fourth round - if they get there. The Cottagers face a difficult replay at Championship rivals Wolves, but Symons adds: "We'll go into the cup game really positive. There's an away tie at Sunderland at the end of it for the winners so that's a carrot. I'd fancy that one. But we need to make sure we win this one first."

Victory for Wolves will earn them a 24 January trip to Sunderland and put them on course for a reunion with their former striker Steven Fletcher, who they sold to the Black Cats in a deal worth up to £14m in August 2012. "We've got to beat Fulham first which is a big call but for the winners, Wolves or Fulham going to a Premier League ground would be great and I for one will be trying everything I can to get there," said Wolves boss Kenny Jackett, who steered unfancied Millwall to the semi-finals in 2013.

Everton name the same side that started the 1-1 draw with Manchester City last Saturday. West Ham make two changes as Matt Jarvis and Alexandre Song return to the team in place of Kevin Nolan and Winston Reid.

Chesterfield against Scunthorpe might not be the sexiest replay tonight but there's a terrific story brewing involving the Spireites. Having hammered Braintree in the first round 6-0, the side managed by Paul Cook (pictured) won 1-0 away to MK Dons before discovering they faced expulsion after being charged with fielding ineligible player Georg Margreitter, on loan from Wolves.

However, the Football Association then ordered the tie to be replayed with Chesterfield going on to win 1-0 again. Defeat Scunthorpe and the League One club will be in the fourth round for the first rime since 1997 when they famously reached the semi-finals.

West Ham have gone all retro for tonight's game - recreating the front cover of their match programme from Everton's last FA Cup visit to Upton Park. That was way back in 1991 as the Hammers reached the semi-finals before losing to Nottingham Forest. Although defender Joey O'Brien is on the front cover, the design is just as it was 24 years ago. Everton will be hoping the outcome is not the same - the Toffees lost 2-1 in the sixth round back in 1991.

Not only was Sir Jack Hayward at the helm when Wolves were promoted to the Premier League in 2003, he was also responsible for the completion of the club's famous old Molineux home into a modernised 28,000 all-seater stadium.

News from Molineux and tributes are pouring in for former Wolves owner Sir Jack Hayward, who has died at the age of 91. Sir Jack, who passed away in Fort Lauderdale in Florida, was owner for 17 years before selling to Steve Morgan in 2007. He was at the helm when Wolves were promoted to the Premier League in 2003.

Former Wolves striker Don Goodman tells the Wolverhampton-based Express & Star: "Sir Jack was one of the most approachable guys you could ever meet. He was always polite, he never ignored you, he always acknowledged you and he always had a word to say about the game or the club."

Wolves players will wear black armbands and there will be a minute's silence prior to the replay with Fulham.

Everton: The kits are ready in the away dressing room at Upton Park.

A trip to Sunderland is the prize on offer for the winners of Wolves against Fulham, while League One rivals Bristol City and Doncaster Rovers are fighting it out for the chance to host West Ham or Everton. In addition, the winners of the Chesterfield versus Scunthorpe replay will travel to Derby.

It could be a long and exciting night. Stand by for extra time and penalties if the scores are level after 90 minutes.

Good news, Hammers fans! Sam Allardyce is well enough to take his place in the dug-out at Upton Park as two clubs who have won the Cup eight times between them look to avoid falling at the first hurdle.

Poor Sam Allardyce. The West Ham boss has not enjoyed the best of starts to 2015, what with his team yet to win in the calendar year and the one-time bruising centre-back laid low by an infection.

So much so that Big Sam missed his side's game at Swansea on Saturday, reduced to watching the 1-1 draw on a live feed from home - while dosed up on antibiotics - as his team took the lead for the third straight game only to draw.

But Allardyce will be back to his beaming best if the Hammers can shake off Everton and book an FA Cup fourth-round trip to Bristol City or Doncaster Rovers. It's FA Cup third round replay night. And Big Sam is in need of a tonic.
