📢 An update on the local electric vehicle infrastructure (LEVI) fund for local authorities. Local authorities placed into tranche two of the LEVI fund (applications for financial year 2024/25), can now apply. Tranche two closes on 19 July 2024. Yesterday, UK100 and Mission Zero Coalition launched their new report highlighting the vital role of local government in accelerating progress to net zero. The report sets out recommendations needed to enable local government to drive climate action, including long term funding to retrofit homes, and highlights the importance of engaging communities in net zero.
