Palau teachers can earn UOG degrees without moving to Guam

AGREEMENT: On Oct. 19, Palau Minister of Education Dale Jenkins signed a first-time partnership among the Palau Ministry of Education, Palau Community College, and the University of Guam that will make bachelor’s degrees in elementary education with a specialization in special education attainable in Palau.
