Sloooowww shipments

Sloooowww shipments. Pony Express would be faster. Took 5 days to "ship" the order and as of 9 days later the tracking info has yet to show movement out of CO. I will use someone else going forward.

Beware of subscription service

I signed up for the subscription service a few months ago. Generally, you are given warning when a subscription order is coming up and have the opportunity to pause or skip it if you don't need it yet. Well, not with Nuleaf, instead you will simply receive notice that your order shipped, at which point it is too late to cancel. Then you have to pay to ship it back to get a refund and they refuse to send a return label or reimburse you even though it was their issue. I'll be terminating my relationship with them after my refund is processed.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

With such a popular big name company I am shocked that their customer service is THE WORST I have ever experienced. I thought the DMV had the worst but they take the cake I mean it took them SEVEN DAYS to respond to my email about my lost package and took TWO WEEKS to get it finally resolved and refunded there was always 3-4 to 7 days between each reply and I had to resend my emails because I thought they were not receiving them. The absolute worst. I like their products but I would not buy again for that reason. I'll go with Neurogan next time. High quality organic products and their customer service is excellent! Have used many different CBD companies and Neurogan and Nuleaf was top 2 but obviously Nuleaf blew it with their below par customer service. And one person pointed out that you can't leave a review on their website as a customer!! Which is where I went to try to leave a review but there is absolutely no option and found trust pilot. They pick and choose the reviews and weed the negative out! HORRIBLE UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY .

After placing my subscription on hold

After placing my subscription on hold, they still sent me cbn oil and billed me for it. I wanted them to close my account and credit my credit card. They said I would have to mail it back at my expense and my precious time. I told them this is your mistake why should I have to do this and pay for shipping and my time. I was told to call this number well they dont have anyone to answer the phone. So I was screwed.

My experience with nuleafnaturals has…

My experience with nuleafnaturals has been almost good. After ordering some of their products, I received them in a timely manner with no problems. The products them selves are of good quality and I'm happy with the results. I will say that customer service could be improved - I found them unhelpful at times. A lot of tyms i had 2 wait a long time 4 a reply. Overal though, I'm satified with my purchaces. Looking forward 2 making more in the futur.

They work wonders for Chronic Pain sufferers

I had tried the Blueberry ones and really didn't like the metallic after-taste. I ordered the Orange ones and oh wow! They are delicious and as always these gummies help take the edge off my sciatica and arthritic pain. Sometimes I have to take 3 a day if its a really bad day. But I highly recommend NuLeaf to all my friends.

I have used three or four different CBD…

I have used three or four different CBD oils Full Spectrum using Hemp flowers with good results But I have NuLeaf Naturals and another bottle next to it .. I always Grab NuLeaf Naturals. It Just works Better !!! True Full spectrum.. It works all over !!

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a jar of Hemp Balm. Already had a jar, so did not open this one within 60 days of their return window. As it turned out, the jar would NOT open...finally, got someone strong to do so, only to find it was RANCID. I contacted customer service & was told, too bad, you opened it too late. I'll never do business with them again. Plus, I suspect their reviews are fake. You can't even write one on their site!!

I had subscibed 6 weeks instead of 2

I had subscibed 6 weeks instead of 2. Then the products have been sent for $295 instead of $241. I contacted them. Then Shayna responded that that is correct and can not be cancelled. Why is that? Is this greedy/ rediculous?

Beyond disappointing

They sent me the wrong CBD, customer service was unhelpful and the oil didn’t work at all... I do not recommend! They don’t care about their customers as long as they make money

I really want to feel bad for those…

I really want to feel bad for those whiners here that cry about the product. What did you expect it to taste like? It is a plant based oil. PLANT! This is not an impossible burger. Same with those who cry about it not 'working'. Guess what? The shots the dentist give me don't work 100%. I had to grip the chair when they pulled my wisdom teeth. I could feel them slide out. Get over it.
On to the good stuff. They offer a great discount for those who need it. First Responders (FF/Medics), Second Responders (LEO), and Military (Coast Guard too!!). I purchased some for one of my dogs and that seems to calm her. She goes through a lot dealing with me and my wife's family. It may not be for everyone, but don't wail because it tastes like dead grass/hay
