Three Years to Respond to An Unhappy Customer

On 4/15/2021 (Yes, 2021) I placed an order with Charlotte's Web totaling $81.83. A week later on 4/21/2021 when I had not received an order confirmation, a shipping date, etc. I called Charlotte's Web and was told my order had shipped the previous day on 4/20/2021. I received a follow-up email from Charlotte's Web with a tracking number. Weeks went by with no order arriving and the UPS tracking system stating UPS was waiting for Charlotte's Web to drop off my package. I called Charlotte's Web again and again and was told with multiple calls going unanswered.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in 2021 in which I stated an acceptable resolution for an order that never arrived would be a full refund of $81.83. The BBB contacted Charlotte's Web multiple times and did not receive a response.

Today, 4/4/2024, three years after the fact, Charlotte's Web responded...three years late!!! Charlotte's Web offered free shipping if I would give them a chance to "regain your trust" by placing another order.

Charlotte's Web wins the prize for the most ridiculous 'resolution'in my lifetime.

I ordered the gummies called Immune…

I ordered the gummies called Immune Support from Charlottesweb.com two weeks ago. Within 3 days of taking two gummies a day my chronic cough from June 3rd of this year is gone. I was seeing a pulmologist for the past two months and CBD has taken care of my cough. It's gone and I'm sold on their products. Already take the sleep CBD's and they work great too.

First rate product. Excellent service.

This company helped me select the right product for my needs. They ship very quickly, especially considering the Covid-19 impact on the USPS.

Their product called:
“Hemp Extract-Infused Gummies for SLEEP” actually works like a charm! I got the raspberry flavor and it tastes like a gummie candy. Each serving has 10mg. Plant-Based Cannabinoids per serving that naturally relaxes; sleep comes easily. I can count on being sound asleep within 10minutes of chewing a serving.

Best yet, this is a vegan product!

I’ve ordered twice from them and each shipment came in tact and in a timely manner.

ZERO customer service!

I purchased a 90 count bottle of their CBD calm gummies. These things gave me a headache, and a weird feeling. I emailed them the next day asking for a refund — 2 weeks later, still no response. It’s been approximately 3 weeks now, and I send them emails almost every day — still ZERO response. Avoid this company like the plague! Horrible product, and ZERO customer service!

Blackmailing

Blackmailing and claiming that I am wrongfully using their trademark when I have been running my business much longer that they have. You dare bring legal, when you wrongfully claim rights over my artworks? Bring it on and show me proof of ownership when I have each and everyone of it on paper, pen and digital FA

Placed order 12/29/22 at 4:35pm using…

Placed order 12/29/22 at 4:35pm using reward points. Points were not applied to order. Sent email 12/29/22 at 4:39pm requesting they check this out for me. Received ticket C-00528720. They sent order anyway and never responded to the 12/29/22 ticket. Tried to call today - both phone numbers go to fast busy signal. There is no customer service at this company.

Most trustworthy vendor of CBD oil

I have bought their CBD oil, 60 mg/ml, and have found the product useful to control my anxiety at night and to help me get back to sleep. If you order from them, pay the extra for 2nd day air as their ground service via USPS takes about 3 weeks. Do to Covid, their customer service is not good but they will call you back if you leave them your number. CW did pioneer the use of CBD oil so you can trust them.

very poor customer service

I bought a bottle of their cbd oil from Earth Fare. After using it for a few days my gums bled. I called them as well as e-mailed them. Got 2 "how are we doing" e-mails claiming that someone contacted me. After many communications over messaging on their facebook page they told me that I would need to get a refund from Earth Fare. All pertinent information was given to them on the first message, so there was no reason for asking me to send them a picture and continually responding to messages. I would not consider this the obsessive customer service that they claim. In the end they referred me to the Realm of Caring due to my adverse reaction. Shouldn't they know why their product caused my gums to bleed?

Zero customer service

We received our order last week and the safety seal was broken. So, we emailed to open a case, but never heard back. I called the other day and waited at least 20 mins before I gave up and left a message (because their automated system literally tells you to leave a message every 10 seconds). No one has gotten in touch. I doubt anyone is looking at emails or taking calls. Complete joke

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service! No reply to emails concerning returns and canceled subscription. Form saying will reply in 2-3 days but no reply. Sending back with demand for refund and disputing charges with credit card. Will never do business with Charlotte's Web again!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, well... There actually is no customer service. They do not reply to emails, phone calls, or to the chat box on their website. I stopped my subscription due to this poor service. I had to dispute the last charge after being a customer for 1 year, since they would not reply to an inquiry to return a product.

Possibly the worst customer service…

Possibly the worst customer service experience ever. I ordered on October 23, 2020 the order never came. I called on November 4 and used call back option. Tried again a week later, nothing. I tried emails, and chats through December and January. I got a nonchalant call back on January 25. They are shipping a replacement but did nothing to address the 3 month wait time. "Oh yeah, we're just catching up on our calls. So sorry."

A very frustrating company to work…

A very frustrating company to work with, I ordered my CBD products and followed their shipping. To my horror, they shipped thru UPS innovation, which ends up in the hands of USPS. Now my $100 dollar order is lost in their incapable hands. My email request for assistance has fallen on deft ears. I have accepted the loss because their is no human contact to talk to. Don’t waist your money, their are better options like Royal CBD!

Charlottes web CBD cream

Ordered CW CBD cream earlier this year. I use it for inflammation in my knee and for tendinitis which occasionally acts up in my elbow. Received the product promptly and it works great.

There is NO customer service at…

There is NO customer service at Charlotte's Web. Zero for emails. Zero for phone contact. Their 30 guarantee is a fraud as there is NO feedback or interaction with the company. It becomes irrelevant whether the products are good or not when management is only in it for the money you spend.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. I was switching over from another company because their product quality was questionable. Lo and behold, CW is 10 times worse. No updates, no order, no response to emails. Supposedly there is "live chat" which is actually a bot. I am getting ready to dispute my purchase with the credit card company and move on. If you "need" this product find another company for your own peace of mind.

Wait forever to get your product with no help to find it

It is 2 weeks and have not received the cbd pain product I needed desperately when I ordered it. They don't answer the phone and tracking with them is no better than doing it on my own. Their communication sucks, and customer service email said it would take up to 4 days to respond. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Excellent products and service

We had an issue with an order arriving a bit later than we had expected. We live in Miami, and it is very hot this time of year. The folks at Charlotte’s Web communicated cell with us and we are very happy with the products and service we have received. Thank you!

Works WONDERS for mans best friend

My miniature schnauzer is almost 13 years old. She started showing hip joint pain, it was quite sudden and quite extreme. After lying down for any length of time, she would have a severe limp and sometimes even have her legs go out from under her for a few minuets. I purchased her a thick memory foam dog mattress which seems to have helped a bit, but I knew she needed more. She couldn't even jump onto the couch anymore. I was a vet tech for 20 years and knew she needed supplements. I came across the hip and joint chews for dogs and it has worked wonders. I noticed a small difference after the second day, but now, two and a half weeks later, it is like a miracle. Yes, she still has some stiffness and pain, but not enough to slow her down. Charlotte's Web products work! I ordered the chews and received them within a week in excellent condition. I can't say enough about Charlotte's Web!!

Worse customer service ever

Charlotte’s Web customer service is unacceptable. I have called 5 times no one answers the phone, no one calls back or return numerous emails. Their website would not allow me to cancel the subscription and there is no way to return the items, because they do not provide return instructions and do not answer their customer service number.

I will take on to social media to let people know not to buy anything from your company.
