Top-notch Korean stars Kim Woo-bin and Suzy will pair up in the upcoming drama “Uncontrollably Fond,” production company Samhwa Networks said Thursday.

“The exact time of broadcast and station is under negotiation,” said the company.

Roughly slated for 2016, “Uncontrollaby Fond” will tell the story of rekindled passion between reunited lovers whose ill-fated relationship had ended in their more youthful years.

Kim Woo-bin will play the part of the high-flying haughty top star Shin Joon-young, while Suzy will play the servile documentary producer No-eul, whose prime motivation is money.

For both Kim and Suzy, this is a return to the small screen after three years of absence. Kim’s last television work was the 2013 hit series “The Heirs” and Suzy’s was “Gu Family Book.”

“We’re delighted to work with the two phenomenal Hallyu stars. We have high expectations for the script and the cast,” said Samhwa, “We’re expanding efforts to produce a quality drama.”

Star scriptwriter Lee Kyung-hee, best known for her hit series “A Love to Kill” and “I’m Sorry, I love you,” will oversee the narrative.
