Allen completes Trophy hat-trick

Mark Allen was in good form in Dungannon on Sunday
|
Mark Allen won the annual Barry McNamee Memorial Trophy for the third time by beating defending champion Joe Swail 3-1 in the final in Dungannon. Swail had enjoyed a comfortable passage to the decider by beating both Dermot Loughran and Joe Delaney 5-0. He needed two snookers on the green to win the last frame against Loughran. Antrim man Allen defeated Patrick Wallace 3-1 with two breaks of 57 and then had a 72 in beating David Morris by the same score in the semi-final.
