Weekend service restored between Coney Island and Midtown Manhattan

To provide an additional connection into Manhattan, weekend X28 service has been restored.

The X28 will operate on Saturdays and Sundays between W 37 St/Surf Av in Coney Island and E 57 St/Madison Av in Midtown Manhattan.

Hours of service will operate as follows:
Saturdays

  • From Coney Island to Midtown Manhattan: 6 AM – 8:30 PM
  • From Midtown Manhattan to Coney Island: 7:35 AM – 10:05 PM

Sundays

  • From Coney Island to Midtown Manhattan: 7 AM – 7:30 PM
  • From Midtown Manhattan to Coney Island: 8:35 AM – 9:05 PM
