Kris Humphries looks to have one up in his divorce case against ex Kim Kardashian.
In court documents obtained by Life & Style magazine, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” producer Russell Jay’s deposition filed Feb. 4 admits “that at least two scenes depicting Kris negatively were scripted, reshot or edited.”
“Kris feels vindicated,” a source tells the mag. “It’s obvious they were trying to tarnish his reputation. This will prove how fake Kim and the show are.”
According to the depositions, it shows evidence backing up Humphries’ claim that the former couple’s 72-day marriage was a publicity stunt.
Jay’s confession states that the now pregnant reality star was not aware at the time of when Humphries was going to pop the question and “was completely surprised” by his bedroom proposal.
However, she did not like her original reaction and asked “can we just like, have me come back in one more time and be, like, really surprised?”
In another claim, Jay confirms reports from last year that Kardashian shot a scene with mom, Kris Jenner, talking about her marriage struggles with Humphries after she had already filed for divorce in October 2011.
Fans of the E! show may also recall an episode in which Kardashian was furious over a hotel party the Brooklyn Nets star threw, but she was allegedly aware of what was happening the entire time.
Kardashain’s baby with boyfriend Kayne West is due in July, but before that– the mama-to-be is set to appear in court on May 6 to defend against these allegations.
