Διοκλητιανός (vv. ll. χειμεία, μοιχεία), Id. s.v. χημεία (v.l. χειμ-)). (Named from its supposed inventor χύμης (v.l. χημ- χειμ-) acc. to Zos.Alch. l.c., cf. eund.pp.169,172B.χυμ-), Olymp.Alch.p.84B. (χημ-); more prob. from χύμα, cf. Diels l.c.)
