Am I the only one who still is having problems with bookmark icons? They’re often wrong or the one for another site in my bookmarks. Seems to be significantly worse in 1.0PR.

  2. starwed Says:

I’m also still having problems with favicons being wrong (and I was looking forward to it being fixed :( ). I imported an old bookmarks.html file, not sure if that makes a differance?

  3. Mathieu Pellerin Says:

I still get some wrong favicons too, should check if there is an open bug in bugzilla for that

  4. Jesse Ruderman Says:

Sounds like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259993. Vlad just attached a patch.

  5. Jean-Marc Gillet Says:

    Jesse, your last link (http://www.squarefree.com/ mt / mt-comments.cgi ? __mode=red;id=6195) gives 404 ?

  6. n00b Says:

Almost lost my coke when I read the comment about the RSS button looking like “ASS” — never thought about it before since I’ve known about RSS since the button’s been around, but yeah, it does. :D

Gotta go make sure I don’t have any RSS buttons on any of my websites that look like that. Heh.

  7. Irmen Says:

    [offtopic] Is http://www.spreadfirefox.com down?

  8. semja Says:

Why are latest linux builds so big?!?

  9. rodii Says:

“ASS”–ha ha ha! What this really says to me is that we *need* a standard called “ASS”. And a little orange “Smells like ASS” sticker.

On a serious note: since PR1 I’ve been having trouble with tabs. When I close a tab, the new topmost tab doesn’t get keyboard focus but does get the title of the closed tab. A query in the mozillazine forums got no response. Anyone else seen this? (MacOS 10.3)

  10. grid Says:

Question becomes, when does mozilla.org stop using the “ASS” icons? ;)
