Subject: How false titles fool buyers
"Gutenberg : how one man remade the world with words" is totally FALSE.
Gutenberg did make the major invention of moveable type for printing, but he did NOT "remake" anything else. The author should try learning some history before he writes anymore books. Gutenberg did not even have enough money to print one book. All the money he borrowed from town banks he wasted on a Playboy lifestyle and until no other banks would loan him a penny. Johann (Fust) Faust agreed to loan him enough to print and sell one book, which Gutenberg also wasted. Gutenberg could not pay Faust back, Faust sued, and in the settlement became half owner in the print shop. "Together" they printed a few more Bibles until Gutenberg left and Faust printed all of the rest of the so-called Gutenberg Bibles. Faust is also responsible for teaching printing to others in Germany until it spread across Europe and is now what it is today - - ALL dues to Johann Faust - and NO OTHER. Certinly not Gutenberg!
