Unsweetened teas are catching on among Indonesia's increasingly health-conscious consumers.

JAKARTA -- If one orders tea at a restaurant in Southeast Asia, what usually arrives is sticky sweet. But sugarless teas are catching on around the region, and Indonesia is no exception.

As rising obesity rates make people more wary of excessive sugar consumption, beverage makers are seeing a surprising boom in unsweetened drinks.
