Biography
Crear earned his B.S. from Howard University. His professional experience includes serving as the president of both Crear Outdoor Advertising and Crear Creative Group. He also worked as a business consultant for SBC Telecommunications in 2005, as the chief marketing officer for Vestin Group, Inc. from 2003 to 2004, as the director of marketing at Sunset Station Hotel & Casino from 2002 to 2003, as the director of marketing at Palace Station Hotel & Casino in 2002, as the director of marketing at Barley's Casino & Brewery from 2000 to 2002, as the director of casino marketing at Sunset Station Hotel & Casino from 1999 to 2000, as the casino marketing manager at Sunset Station Hotel & Casino from 1998 to 1999, as the hotel sales manager at Sunset Station Hotel & Casino from 1997 to 1998, as the player development manager at Station Casinos Kansas City from 1996 to 1997, as a management trainee at Palace Station Hotel & Casino from 1994 to 1996, and as the general manager for reservations and sales at Las Vegas Reservation Systems from 1992 to 1994.[1]
