    All exit polls predict easy win for Arvind Kejriwal

    All the exit polls have predicted a comfortable win for Arvind Kejriwal's AAP. Barring a few all of them gave the party over 50 seats out of a total of 70. The highest was India Today-Axis, forecast 59-68 seats for the AAP and 2-11 for the BJP. Times Now-Ipsos exit poll predicted that Kejriwal will retain power with the AAP winning 47 seats against 23 for the BJP. ABP-CVoter put the Delhi's ruling party's tally at anywhere between 49 and 63 and that of its main rival between five to 19. Republic-Jan ki Baat survey gave the AAP 48-61 seats and the BJP 9-21 seats. In 2015, AAP got 67 seats and the BJP 3. A poll of exit polls gives 55 to AAP, 14 to BJP, and 1 to Congress.

    Bookies predict more than 50 seats for AAP

    The international bookie market that was closely following the Delhi Assembly elections on Saturday hinted -- as soon as the polling ended in the evening. win 50 plus seats in the 70- member Assembly. Delhi did not record even a 60 per cent voter turnout this year compared to over 60 per cent turnout in the 2015 Assembly polls. According to the bookies, the AAP has benefited from this 'low' turnout. (IANS)
