Hammertime Holdings Retains OTC Financial Network To Direct Investor Relations Campaign

    SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Hammertime Holdings, Inc.
(OTC: HMTM), a global entertainment company founded by celebrated musical
recording star MC Hammer, today announced that it has selected OTC Financial
Network (OTCFN), a division of National Financial Communications Corp., to
help direct its investor relations campaign.
    Hammertime Holdings' founder and chief visionary, MC Hammer, is a
three-time Grammy Award winner and seven-time Music Award recipient who has
sold over 15 million copies of his albums. Over the past seven years, MC
Hammer has applied his knowledge and success as a visual arts producer in film
and video into the creation of a multi-faceted entertainment global venue.
Hammertime Holdings was recently formed to encompass music, film, tour,
animation, fashion and the Internet.
