If you are under 60 years old and have a disability you should visit the social services information and assessment (I&A) team at 145 King Street, Hammersmith to apply for or renew your freedom pass. If your pass has been lost or stolen click here to find out what you should do.

We issue passes between 2pm - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday or 2pm - 4.15pm on Fridays. If work or other commitments mean that our opening hours are not convenient for you, please call the team on 020 8753 5387  and we will try to arrange an alternative appointment.

If you are over 60 years old  your freedom pass will be issued and renewed at the Post Office
