Michael Cohen serves as of counsel in the Corporate Department. He has broad experience in international banking, asset-based lending, high net worth client asset protection, general corporate, commercial, real estate and letter of credit transactions. He is actively involved in analyzing and negotiating the purchase and sale of distressed debt, par/near par transactions and trade claims. Mr. Cohen has worked with a variety of industries including:
