Barry Pinches took the Paul Hunter Classic German Open by beating Ken Doherty 4-0 in the final.
The Englishman was in sensational form throughout the tournament beating Neil Robertson 3-0 in the quarter-finals before securing a 3-2 win over Fergal O'Brien in the semis.
Pinches was always in control against former World Champion Doherty, with breaks of 116 and 62 in the final two frames helping him to victory.
The match had to be helped up for 30 minutes midway through however, as a spectator was treated for an epileptic fit.
The highest break of the tournament went to Mark Davis who knocked down a 145.
