NOTES
* NHL scoring leader Jaromir Jagr had an assist on the first Rangers goal by Michael Nylander, extending his point-scoring streak to 12 games. Jagr was held without a goal for the third consecutive game and is still one goal shy of breaking the team record for goals in a season (which he shares with Adam Graves at 52).

* Nylander extended his point-scoring streak to 11 games (career-high), collecting five goals and 15 assists over the span.

* With 12 shots in the game, Jagr broke Phil Esposito's Rangers team record of 344 shots, set during the 1976-77 season. Jagr now has 345 shots on the season.

* Rangers goaltender Kevin Weekes notched his third win of the season against the Flyers, making 21 saves.

* The Rangers clinched their first playoff berth since 1997.

* The Rangers recalled goaltender Al Montoya from Hartford of the AHL to serve as Weekes' backup while Henrik Lundqvist is sidelined with a hip injury.
