A new list of Iraq's most wanted includes Saddam Hussein's eldest daughter Raghd and his first wife Sajida.
The pair are accused of using money stolen by Saddam during his leadership to finance Sunni Muslim insurgents.
Mouwafak al-Rubaie, Iraqi National Security Advisor said: "This list is a significant step in Iraq's reconciliation process, showing the Iraqis that we are not trying to suppress any ethnic or religious group. We are focusing on individuals whose desire is to create instability and increase sectarian violence in this country."
At least five people have been killed and several others injured in a series of bomb blasts in Iraq.
