HIGH TIMES MAGAZINE Announces the “Top 10 Counterculture Colleges” in October 2007 Issue

Each autumn, HIGH TIMES MAGAZINE, the world’s foremost authority on all things counterculture, breaks down the country’s top colleges and universities in a rating category that would make the Princeton Review blush.

Painstakingly weeding out the unworthy, HIGH TIMES ranks the nation’s institutions of higher education from the cannabis community’s point of view. This year the stoner-friendly guide places an emphasis on campus activism and academic excellence rewarding schools whose student bodies have affected the greatest change concerning drug policy with a listing in the “Top 10 Counterculture Colleges”

While some staple stoner schools make repeated appearances on the list, newcomers are acknowledged as well.
