Biography

Alex Borg has appeared in events all over the world representing Malta, at both amateur and professional level.

After a distinguished amateur career he took the plunge and turned professional in 1992. He achieved his highest ranking of 120 in the 2001-2 season and his favourite professional event seemed to be the Grand Prix, as he reached the last 64 three times.

Borg was also a member of Malta's team in the World Cup in 1996 and has helped them to victory in the Continental Team Cup on three occasions.
