Testi Kebab is getting cooked in a small earthenware jug.

It is cooked about 2,5 hours in an oven (traditionally it used to be a kiln) with meat, garlic, onion, peperoni, black pepper, tomatos and salt. The mouth of the jug is being closed with dough.
