Norml Dissapointed At University's Change Of Heart

A pro-marijuana lobby group linked to Otago University claims members of the Campus Watch patrol are trying to stop their weekly 'smoke-up'.

The group, "Norml", say they've been smoking marijuana on the University Union lawn as a silent protest, without a problem for the last three years.

Members even claim the University proctor has been turning a blind eye to their Friday afternoon meetings.
