    Last 32 - Match 15 - Mark Williams 9-5 Marcus Campbell

    Frame Scores 1st Session
    39-74(53), 67-35, 60(36)-39, 29-61, 83(45,34)-0, 68-0, 47(47)-77(33), 0-85(36,49), 77(56)-41,
    Frame Scores 2nd Session
    6-78(74), 69(54)-22, 72(71)-29, 63-61, 98(87)-6
    Notes:

Williams finishes a torrid morning 5-4 up. He'll be pleased to be ahead but hoping to find some better form in the final session.

Campbell wins two back to back frames to level the match at 4-4. Who can win the last to gian a slim end of session lead?

Campbell pulls a frame back after Williams broke down on 47.

Williams finds a bit of fluency with 45 and 34 to take the lead.

It's level at the interval and I think both players will be glad of the break to gather their thoughts. Neither has hit any real form yet.

The frames so far have taken 23 minutes, 34 minutes and 25 minutes and the fourth has already lasted 18 minutes and Marcus is trying to pick his way through the last five reds, all of which are on the cushions.

This is very slow so far, an hour and a half for the first three frames.

Nothing much happening in this match so far. We're waiting for it to spark into life.

Good morning, or is it! A miserable grey wet day here in Sheffield but it's much brighter inside the Crucible where Mark Williams, fresh from his victory in China, starts his match against Marcus Campbell.
    Notes:

Williams storms in with an 87 to stand one frame from victory.

A remarkable ending to that frame as Williams missed a slow roll in blue and Campbell nearly went in off coming right round the table of the pink. Then he attempted to double the black full length of the table but hit it slowly and left it in the jaws.

Williams has won consecutive frames to open a two frame lead. Could this be the spur the former champion needs to mount a run to the winning line.

A good start for Campbell. He's made a 74 break to level the match at 5-5.
