One of the census workers makes the claim that he was the victim of a carjacking by a 14-year old.

The alleged crime took place in Hamden, Connecticut. According to reports, the teen approached him with a gun and forced him out of his car while he was working in a neighborhood.

The census worker told police the teen stole money from him, then drove away in his car. A few minutes later, the teen returned in the car and forced the worker to drive him to another area of town. The alleged carjacker fled once they reached that destination and ran away on foot.

He was later caught by police. The teen has been charged with carjacking, kidnapping, robbery and larceny.
