How many films of the last ten years can come close to the praise of "one of the best movies of this century", a couple, if that? You are implying in that the next 90 years there will be so many great films that Inception won't matter? I highly doubt it.
W said on Friday, July 16, 2010 11:15:33 AM I just saw the film at a midnight showing last night and I am completely sure that Roeper is right when he says this is one of the best of this century. I just don't see how a film could be made that is much better than this. It's a constant challenge for your mind to keep up with the pace of the explanation of Nolan's world and its multiple layers, but even if you miss a few things you realize what a spectacular saga you just saw.
Jim said on Friday, July 16, 2010 8:24:22 AM You need to come back to At the Movies and replace A.O Scott right now! lol. I can't believe he didn't like this movie, but then again it doesn't seem like those guys like anything any more.

George said on Thursday, July 15, 2010 7:55:06 AM It looks great and I can't wait to see it, but I have to chuckle when someone says it's one of the best 'anything' of the century - we're only 10+ years into this century. ;)
Jevon Williams said on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 5:23:27 PM I am so excited for this movie. I have been a huge Nolan fan since Memento and Insomnia. Inception looks to continue Nolan's great career while also being one of the most masterful science-fiction films of our time.
