Kalim Khan of West Bengal, India was hardly aware of the sequel when in 1986 he hit upon the right method of decoding the myths embeded in the ancient Sanskrit texts, namely the Vedas, the Puranas, and the Epics (Ramayana & Mahabharata). By this "discovery" he had already set himself on the line of enquiry which would open up new horizons for history, philosophy and the linguistic science.

Ravi Chakravarti who was an academic by profession (Professor, English, Serampore College 1966 -1989, West Bengal, India), is a multi-faceted intellectual. Over the years he has written a number of books, monographs and articles on language, literature and art. His life long effort to understand the essence of India conjoins with Kalim Khan's discoveries.
