One: background information
   Sea world, manufactured by the famous Atlantic yacht manufacture in France, was once a luxury yacht originally named ANCEVELLER. With the height of 9 decks, length of 168 meters , width of 21 meters and displacement of 14,000 tons, it was launched in 1962 by French president De Gaulle in the opening ceremony as his private luxury yacht. In 1973, it was then purchased and renamed to Minghua by China for the purpose of transporting the engineering technicians to Tanzania. Later on an Australian travel company rented this vessel to open up new travelling routes on the Sea.  In 1979, Chengzhi Liao, the chief of Sino-Japan relationship association, travelled to Japan with his colleagues on this yacht, which earned this yacht a new name as the yacht standing for the friendship between China and Japan¡±. 1983 saw the major change of this yacht to the first ocean travelling centre in China located in Shekou 6th coastline region with the interior decorations changed for business and entertainment purposes. The famous Chinese leader Xiaoping Deng stayed overnight on it when he visited Shekou in 1984; during his stay he left this yacht with an inscription of Sea world as its new name.  In a word, Sea world serves as a witness to the 20-year revolutionary economic reform in Shekou and also the whole of Shenzhen; it is considered as part of the historical treasure in the special economic zone.

Two: project overview
Sea world project comprises the Minghua yacht and the sea world plaza. With the 9-deck height and floor space of 16,239 square meters, Minghua yacht runs hotels, theme bars and restaurants from  all over the world. Sea world plaza, which covers the total floor space of 5,854 square meters, adopted the sinking style of European plaza design and provides enclosed spacious room for socializing, entertaining and relaxing. The whole plaza consists of different restaurants of different flavours from all over the world  and  with the combination of representative music ,dance, food , culture and art crafts from different regions all over the world, it creates an international melting pot atmosphere and established itself as an internationally famous resort which emphasizes on the harmony between human and nature.

Three: business management
   We have established our concept of Minghua yacht management as multiple-purpose with equal emphasises on business, culture, entertainment and leisure. We are going to build the sea world plaza and Minghua yacht as the reception room of Shekou and also the whole of Shenzhen.
    1.the management of sea world plaza:  mainly run by cafes and restaurants. The biggest difference between Shekou and the rest of Shenzhen is that there are lots of expatriates living in this area. According to our research, 80 percent of the expatriates working in Shenzhen are living in Shekou, which creates the unique western culture for Shekou .Under the western culture, most people are used to going out for a drink in the caf¨¦ after a long day¡¯ hard work. The younger generation in China follow this trend and they go out for a drink every now and then. The running of cafes in Sea world  will form a unique caf¨¦ culture  in Shenzhen.
  Besides, we find out that recently the number of western restaurants has been gradually increasing. We are going to utilize part of the business area for serving various western food in the whole street, which will create the unique western cultural atmosphere in Shenzhen.
  We have got the following famous restaurants on our plaza:  Napoleon restaurant, Little India, Thai Tairui restaurant, Italian restaurant, Japanese sushi restaurant, Korean restaurant, Russian restaurant, British restaurant, IT,LACE,CIGARS HOUSE,GHOST HOUSE, TOMATO, Beer castle, Beer Paradise etc.
    2.the management of Minghua yacht
  The success of Minghua yacht management replies on the success of the sinking plaza. The sinking plaza will bring in a lot of customers for Minghua yacht and  they are dependant on each other.  Minghua yacht targets the citizens and residents nearby as its main source of customers for entertainment. It is run by Hongyue hotel, German beer restaurant , captain of red wine and cigar caf¨¦ and Brazilian BBQ etc.
Luxury hotel: with the connection of the western passage in Shenzhen and the extra attention focused on this area by the investment promotion bureau in Shenzhen,  the west of Shenzhen, especially Shekou will become heavily service-industry oriented. Besides, due to the community environment and a few other traditions, Shekou has for a long time been an ideal place for foreign investors to stay. At the moment in Shekou, the medium to high end hotels are running short of rooms available for demands. Therefore, the yacht hotel could not only alleviate the pressure for accommodation for the tourist industry, but also brings in more customers for Shekou.
As the beginning and the core part of Shenzhen international coastline sightseeing passage under construction, Sea world will draw upon the experience of Fisherman s Wharf in San Francisco and establish itself as one of the prestigious entertainment centres such as  Langui Fang in Hongkong and New world in Shanghai. Shekou will become the most convenient passage connecting mainland China to HK after the bridge crossing the sea between HK and Shenzhen is connected. Shekou will enjoy this unique advantage of sharing great tourist resources with Disney Land in HK.
