The Centre for International Forensic Assistance provides international professional expertise to assist with the investigation of single or multiple civilian fatalities (criminal or accidental), abuses of human rights, mass graves and war crime atrocities. Our core provision is in the areas of forensic medicine, science and technology.

CIFA is a not-for-profit international organisation directed by practitioners with extensive experience in search and recovery procedures, mass grave analysis, forensic human identification, human rights issues and mass disaster management.

CIFA provides many services including training, education, deployment and direct contact to the world’s leading forensic experts.
